Big Picture Dashboard is an analytics service for dropshippers and suppliers operating in Chile and Latin America. Our website is https://bigpicture-db.com.

When you log in with Google or Facebook we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We do not store passwords. We also store business data (orders, products, sales figures) that you upload to the platform.
3. How we use your data
We use your data exclusively to provide the analytics dashboards and reports within the platform. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
4. Data storage
Your data is stored on secure servers in Chile using encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls.
5. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
6. Third-party services
We integrate with Google OAuth, Facebook Login, Meta Ads, and TikTok for Business solely to authenticate users and retrieve advertising metrics you authorize. Each service has its own privacy policy.
